You are eligible to request a refund within seven (07) days from the date of your initial first installment payment.
Our team will review your request and aim to provide a decision within 1 to 3 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via the email address associated with your account.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Refund requests made after the 7-day eligibility window will not be accepted under normal circumstances.
For programs conducted in collaboration with international universities:
