Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of our learners’ needs. Should you require a refund, we’re here to assist you promptly and professionally.

Eligibility and Requesting a Refund

You are eligible to request a refund within seven (07) days from the date of your initial first installment payment.

To request a refund:

  • Submit your request via the Contact Us form or email us at info@presidenteducation.com
  • Include your payment/order details and a brief explanation for the refund request
  • All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

Review and Decision Process

Our team will review your request and aim to provide a decision within 1 to 3 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via the email address associated with your account.

Refund Issuance

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Requests Outside Eligibility Window

Refund requests made after the 7-day eligibility window will not be accepted under normal circumstances.

University-Certified Programs

For programs conducted in collaboration with international universities:
  • Refund eligibility is governed by the terms agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
  • In most cases, no refunds are permitted once enrollment is confirmed, due to seat blocking and third-party institutional commitments.
  • Exceptions, such as visa denials or medical emergencies, may be considered on a case-by-case basis with valid supporting documentation.

International Considerations

  • Local Laws: Refunds for international customers will comply with the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
  • Payment Methods: Processing times may vary based on the international payment method used.
  • Time Zones: Response and processing times may be impacted by time zone differences.
